If you access the Platform on behalf of any third party or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. wtibet does not permit the registration of corporate or entity accounts for the purpose of placing personal bets.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. wtibet employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be suspended and any Balances or Bonus Funds forfeited without compensation.
When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are required to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
You are responsible for selecting a secure password and maintaining its confidentiality. wtibet will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. wtibet accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
wtibet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, using a unique password not shared with other services, and logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, contact our support team immediately at . wtibet will temporarily lock your Account pending a security review.
wtibet is required to verify the identity and age of all Users before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be requested at any point during account activity if our compliance team deems it necessary for fraud prevention or security purposes.

wtibet aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. We may request additional documents if those submitted are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with information held on file.
If a User is unable to complete KYC verification to wtibet's satisfaction within a reasonable period, wtibet reserves the right to suspend the Account and return the verified deposited balance (less any bonuses) via the original payment method, after deducting any applicable processing fees.

If a deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within the stated processing window, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. wtibet will investigate and resolve confirmed successful transfers within 4 business hours.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name and verified under your wtibet Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

wtibet may refuse or delay a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match-fixing, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Account will be suspended pending investigation and the User notified via their registered email address.
wtibet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and any additional conditions stated in the specific promotion's terms, which take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is any conflict.
wtibet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to fulfill wagering requirements, coordinating with other users to exploit promotional mechanics, and any other activity that wtibet determines constitutes systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
Where bonus abuse is detected, wtibet reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, reverse any winnings derived from such funds, and permanently close the Account without compensation.
wtibet may offer limited-time promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time of launch.
All sports bets are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable market rules. Key general principles include:
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. wtibet reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
wtibet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous ("palpable errors"), including odds that deviate materially from the prevailing market price. Users who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their Accounts suspended.
All casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, crash games, and any other gaming products available on the Platform are governed by the rules published within each game interface. The results of all non-live games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently audited for fairness.
Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live table game are published within the game stream and take precedence over any general description provided elsewhere on the Platform.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the game's internal state at the time of disconnection. wtibet accepts no liability for losses resulting from network interruptions on the User's side.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wtibet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law; (c) your infringement of any third-party right; or (d) any dispute between you and another User of the Platform.
wtibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable belief that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other Users.
Upon termination for cause, wtibet reserves the right to forfeit all Balances and Bonus Funds in the Account. Where termination is not due to a breach by the User, wtibet will return the verified real-money Balance to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided KYC is complete and no pending investigations are active.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wtibet is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting wtibet's support team in good faith. wtibet will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded or limited.
wtibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via their registered email address at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and formatting adjustments) may be made without prior notice.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
